Accessible Seats/Wheelchair Space
Accessible seats are available for individual games and events. Fans purchasing accessible seats may purchase one additional seat adjacent to their accessible seat/space. Depending on availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible seat/space. Louisville City FC tickets may be purchased in advance by calling the ticket office at 502-LOU-CITY, option 2 or online at https://seatgeek.com/louisville-city-fc-tickets/ or https://seatgeek.com/racing-louisville-fc-tickets for Racing Louisville FC.
Season Ticket Members having temporary disabilities may call the ticket office in advance to obtain temporary seating in the ADA accessible seat/space if needed.
Guests who need to exchange a non-accessible ticket for a wheelchair space or accessible seat should call the ticket office in advance to arrange for their special needs. These exchanges will be made on a first call, first served basis, and will depend on ticket availability. For more information call the ticket office at 502-LOU-CITY Option 2 or (502) 568-2489, Option 2.
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available at any entry point. Upon arrival guests may request an escort by locating the nearest Guest Services Representative. The service is available to and from the entry gates and seating areas. Please be aware that our staff and wheelchair will not remain with you during the event.
ADA Parking
Paved ADA spaces are available in the Purple parking lot located at 350 Adams Street. ADA drop off is located at 200 Cabel Street in front of the Team Store and Box Office. ADA parking is also available in other parking areas which are a gravel surface.
Advance Ticket Purchases
Advance tickets for events at Lynn Family Stadium can be purchased at https://seatgeek.com/louisville-city-fc-tickets, https://seatgeek.com/racing-louisville-fc-tickets or when tickets are available the day of the event, tickets may be purchased at either of the two SeatGeek ticket offices located on the north and south ends of the stadium.
Aisles, Rails, Ramps & Stairways
To help ensure guest safety and ensure a fan-friendly experience at games and events, sitting or standing in aisles, at rails, on ramps or in stairways is prohibited. Guests will be asked to return to their ticketing location. Standing on seats is also prohibited.
Alcohol Beverage Policy
Kentucky state law prohibits possession of alcoholic beverages by those under 21 years of age, unauthorized distribution of alcohol on any licensed premises, and public intoxication. Kentucky State Law KRS 222.202 states that a person is guilty of public intoxication when he/she appears to be in a public space manifestly under the influence of alcohol to the degree that he/she may endanger himself/herself or other persons or property, or unreasonably annoy persons in his/her vicinity. Public intoxication may result in the ejection from the facility and/or arrest. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Alcohol sales begin from the time the gates open until 75th minute or as determined by management. A limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages may be purchased at a time. An individual must be 21 years of age to buy alcoholic beverages and proof of age is required. Everyone, regardless of age, must present a valid I.D for each alcohol purchase. Alcohol may not be brought into the stadium or taken out of the stadium. Fans attempting to smuggle alcohol into or out of the stadium will be subject to either removal from the facility, loss of ticket privileges, and/or arrest. For other events including concerts and other sporting events, management will determine the shut off time on an event-by-event basis.
Animals
Service animals are permitted.
Anthem Singers
For Louisville City FC/ Racing Louisville FC home games, guests wishing to sing the national anthem should contact info@lynnfamilystadium.com.
Baby Changing Stations
All public restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.
Bag Checks
All guests entering the facility will be screened with a visual inspection, bag inspection and walk-through metal detection. Guests with disabilities may request alternative search methods. Screenings are a condition of entry and any refusal to be inspected may result in a refusal to admit. Lynn Family Stadium encourages fans and supporters to not bring bags to the stadium, if a guest chooses to bring a bag to the stadium, they will be searched upon entry. For any type of bag to enter the venue, it must be no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”.
Lynn Family Stadium personnel will not touch personal belongings. You may be asked to move an item in a bag so a proper visual inspection may be conducted. Personnel will conduct their inspections with respect toward the guests’ dignity and legal rights.
Balloons
Helium filled and inflated balloons are prohibited.
Banners, Signs and Flags
Event-related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the facility to show fan support during events. Certain signs, flags and banners and posters may be restricted to official supporter sections.
The following guidelines relate to these items:
- May not be larger than 2 feet tall by 2 feet wide
- Must be relevant to event
- No sticks/ poles are permitted.
- May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by Lynn Family Stadium management
- May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by Lynn Family Stadium management
Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of Lynn Family Stadium management.
For review of content or any banners or signs that do not fall within the above guidelines guests may submit a request for entry in writing to Guest Services department at guestservices@lynnfamilystadium.com.
Bicycle Parking
There are two bicycle parking locations at Lynn Family Stadium. Racks are located at the Northwest and Southwest corners of the Stadium. Lynn Family Stadium does not assume any responsibility for bicycles or items left at these racks.
Cameras and Video Equipment
The use of still cameras during concerts and events are determined by the team/artist/event. For Louisville City FC/ Racing Louisville FC games professional cameras, iPads, tablets, camcorder/Go Pro recording devices and selfie sticks are prohibited. Drones are also not permitted at any event.
Cash
All points of sale inside Lynn Family Stadium are cashless. However, the Lynn Family Stadium box offices accept cash on game day for walkup ticket sales.
Children’s Ticket Policy
For Louisville City FC/Racing Louisville FC games children three years of age and younger do not require a ticket. For all other events, please contact the Ticket Office at 502-LOU-CITY, option 2, prior to purchasing a ticket for updated information.
Code of Conduct
All Lynn Family Stadium guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Lynn Family Stadium has a “Zero Tolerance” policy for inappropriate fan behavior during all events. Any behavior defying code of conduct, as determined by facility management, can result in ejection from the facility, loss of ticket privileges, and/or arrest. Guests who are ejected from the facility will not receive a refund for the ticket(s) or be compensated in any way.
Lynn Family Stadium enforces the USL/ NWSL Codes of Conduct which includes, but is not limited to, the following inappropriate behavior:
- Smoking inside stadium premises
- Standing on seats
- Standing in the aisles (except allowed Supporter sections)
- Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
- Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- Entering the field of play without authorization
- Interference with the event or its participants in any way
- Throwing, kicking, or discharging any object within the facility or onto the field.
- Throwing or discharging any object out of the seating area or concourses
- Using profanity and/or other offensive, racial, obscene, or abusive gestures toward or in reference to players, coaches, referees, fans, performers, or other staff members
- Wearing clothing displaying profane or offensive material
- Use of artificial noise makers or unapproved use of smoke devices
- Violation of any local, state, or federal laws.
Lynn Family Stadium is committed to the ideals of good sportsmanship. We ask all persons to show respect for the opposing team, visiting fans, game officials, and each other. Any guests in violation of the Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from the facility, loss of ticket privileges and/or criminal charges. Season ticket members and suite holders are responsible for the actions of their guests. Ticket privileges may be revoked for patterns of fan misbehavior tied to those seats regardless of who is sitting in them when the incident occurs.
Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct will result in sanctions as deemed applicable including but not limited to warnings, ejections, venue bans, removal of supporter privileges, or arrest.

From North East on I-71 South (from Cincinnati):
Take the Zorn Ave exit (Exit 2). Keep right to take the Ramp toward Historic Louisville Water Tower/ River Rd. Merge onto Zorn Ave. Turn left onto River Road. Turn left onto Witherspoon Street. Take the 1st left onto Adams St.
From East on I-64 West (from Lexington):
Take Exit 7 and merge onto Mellwood Ave/US-60 E/US-42-E. Turn left onto Franklin Ave/US-60 W. Take first left onto Story Ave/ US-60 W/ US- 42W. Turn right at Cabel Street. From West on I-64 East (from St. Louis):

Dress Code
Lynn Family Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive language and/or images. Guests are always required to wear shirts upon entry and shoes are always required. Guests wearing clothing deemed inappropriate by Lynn Family Stadium management may be denied access into the facility.
Drinking Water Fountains
Drinking water fountains sponsored by The Louisville Water Company can be found throughout the concourse level of the stadium. As a reminder, refillable bottles can be brought into the stadium but must be empty upon entry.
Drones
For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at Lynn Family Stadium is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
Elevators
Media Elevator is located on the West Concourse by section 204 and is accessible to credentialed personnel only.
Emergency/Evacuation Procedures
Should nearby lightning or some other condition require the evacuation of the stadium, remain calm, and follow the instructions of the Stadium Security and Ushering Personnel and the Public Address Announcements. During an evacuation, all guests must completely depart the stadium and not remain on the premises. The public address system will provide additional instructions during an emergency.
Family Assisted/ Gender Neutral Restrooms
Family Assisted/ Gender Neutral restrooms are located by Section 112, 116 and Loges 102, 111, 120 and 126. There is also a Nursing Mother’s room located by Section 114. All public restrooms are equipped with diaper changing stations and are wheelchair accessible.
Fan Assistance – Wheelchair Assistance inside Lynn Family Stadium
Wheelchair assistance will be available for all events at Lynn Family Stadium for fans needing assistance to get from the stadium entry gates to the concourse/vomitory near where they are seated. Fans should contact the nearest usher/security guard at every stadium gate and ask for assistance. Fan Assistance staff will arrive with a wheelchair and provide assistance to the fan in need as quickly as possible.
E-Cigarette Use
All types of tobacco and smoke products are prohibited elsewhere, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and any type of vaping kits, as well as all smokeless tobacco products.
For all ticketed events, Stadium policy does not allow guests to leave the stadium and re-enter.

Exchanges/Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in our terms, tickets cannot be exchanged, or refunded.
Field Access
Stadium guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time during an event. Only guests with the proper credentials will be allowed on the field. Anyone entering the field without proper credentials is subject to removal from the stadium and/or arrest.
First Aid
First aid stations are located on the main concourse outside of section 115.
Food & Beverage Policy
Guests may not bring food or beverage into the facility. Food or beverages deemed necessary due to special dietary need, religious requirement or medical condition may be approved in advance by the Guest Services Department at guestservices@lynnfamilystadium.com.
Gate Information
The Main Entrances for most events at Lynn Family Stadium are located at Gate 1 (SE Corner), Gate 4 (North) and Gate 5 (NW Corner). Club/Suite Entrance is at Gate 6 (West).
Gates will open one hour before kickoff for all Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC games unless otherwise announced in advance.
Times will vary and will be determined on a situational basis for non-soccer events.
Guest Conduct
All guests must always maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Disturbances include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Standing on chairs or benches
- Intoxicated and disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- “Mooning” or exposing private body parts
- Interference with or delay of game/event
- Violation of Lynn Family Stadium’s policies
- Violation of local, state, and federal laws and statues
- Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters/matches, in the seating areas
- Attempting to enter the field of play or stage without permission
- Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or object
- Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise or behavior
- Using profanity and/or offensive words which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
- Taunting or using offensive language against the players, coaches, referees, employees or performers
Lynn Family Stadium has the capability to receive text messages from fans who want to report unruly fan behavior or any other issue without leaving their seat. Text “LouCity” with the issue and location to 69050 at Louisville City FC games or special events or “RACING” at Racing Louisville FC games. A stadium staff member will let you know that we have received your text message and will work to ensure the issue is being addressed.
Intoxicated Guests
Lynn Family Stadium reserves the right to deny entry to guests that appear to be intoxicated. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event, will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
Laser Pointers & Pens
Laser pointers and pens are prohibited.
Lost and Found Services
Lost and Found is located at Guest Services located near Section 115. If an item is found, please give it to any Stadium staff member. If an item is lost, check with Guest Services during any event. Items will be held in the Lynn Family Stadium Security Office. To inquire about a lost item, call the stadium at (502) 919-9311. Lost and Found items will be kept for 30 days and then discarded or donated to a local charity.
Lost Children
Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Lynn Family Stadium employee or go to the Guest Service desk located near Section 115.
Metal Detection Screening
Lynn Family Stadium requires metal detection screening for entry to Lynn Family Stadium for all public events. The screening is a non-invasive device that scans the body for prohibited items. If you decline screening for medical reasons or if a metal detector alert cannot be solved through inquiry or physical inspection, a physical pat-down might be necessary.
Please allow ample time for the screening. Your patience and assistance are appreciated while we conduct this process in order to keep a safe environment for all.
Marketing, Sponsorship and Pamphlets
No unapproved marketing will be allowed on Lynn Family Stadium property. This includes but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized distribution of business cards, flyers, handouts of any kind, pamphlets or other types of literature used to promote business
- Placing of any unapproved materials on car windshields
- Chanting or shouting words associated with commercial advertising
- Wearing clothing in a manner intended to advertise
- Possessing banners, flags, signs or posters displaying words or pictures associated with commercial advertising.
- Product sampling of any kind
- Soliciting donations from patrons in parking lot or stadium
- Vending items of any kind
Guests found passing out literature or any forms of unauthorized marketing will be asked to collect pieces of marketing handed out and dispose of them in the trash. If necessary, the guest or marketing company is subject to being liable to pay for any additional clean-up costs. Guests/companies repeatedly found marketing on Lynn Family Stadium property will be cited for trespassing. Merchandise
Official team merchandise is available for purchase at various kiosks throughout the Stadium and the Team Store located near Gate 1. See Team Store for hours of operation.
Noise Making Devices
Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas, and whistles are prohibited except in designated Supporter areas.
Nursing Mother’s Room
A private room for nursing mothers is available next to the Guest Services located near Section 115. To access, retrieve a key from the Guest Service Desk.
Parking
There are four surface parking lots at the Lynn Family Stadium. The Green Lot is located on Witherspoon and the Purple Lot is located off Adams – both on the Northwest side of the stadium. The Gold lot is located off Adams on the East side of the stadium and the Gray Lot is located on the South side of the stadium. All lots are pre-sold for soccer games. If available for other events parking passes will be made available at the time of the purchasing tickets. Additional parking is available along the Louisville Waterfront Park and west of the stadium on Witherspoon. Lynn Family Stadium asks attendees to respect the neighborhoods surrounding the stadium.
Vehicles without proper parking passes will be removed from lots. Lynn Family Stadium parking lots open on the following schedule…
Gold Lot: 10 a.m.
Green Lot: 4 hours before gates open
Gray Lot: 4 hours before gates open
Purple Lot: 1 hour before gates open
Parking for private events occurring in the Fifth Third Club is available 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Pets
Pets/animals are not permitted in Lynn Family Stadium. Only service animals (e.g., guide dogs) are allowed entrance into the stadium.
Phone Charging Stations
Solar workstations are provided by LG&E. These are provided as a courtesy and Lynn Family Stadium does not assume any responsibility for devices connected to these stations.
Playground and Futsal
The playground and futsal located on the north end of the stadium is open from dawn to dusk each day or as determined by stadium management. Children must be always accompanied by an adult. No food or beverage permitted on the playground or futsal.
Playing Field – No Trespassing
Lynn Family Stadium will not tolerate persons who enters or attempts to enter the playing field without permission. Violators will be ejected from the facility and will be subject to arrest.
Press/Media Entrance
The press/media entrance is located on the west side of the stadium at the Employee/Media Entrance. The Press Elevator is only for credentialed personnel.
Private Events/Parties
The Fifth Third Club and other spaces at Lynn Family Stadium may be rented for private or public events. Our facilities are capable of hosting a wide range of activities including weddings, wedding receptions, corporate functions, graduation parties, trade shows, and other occasions. Prohibited Items
Lynn Family Stadium is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment in which to enjoy events. Security officers and police are stationed near each entrance gate and all persons entering the stadium are subject to search and questioning. Full cooperation with authorities is appreciated and it will speed the progression of the lines. Items not permitted into the stadium include, but are not limited to:
- Firearms or weapons of any kind (e.g. firearms, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, slingshots, concealed weapons, etc.)
- Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
- Glass or plastic bottles (refillable bottles permitted but must be empty upon entry), cans, coolers, containers, food or beverages of any kind
- Professional cameras, iPads, tablets, camcorder/Go Pro recording devices and selfie sticks
- Air horns, whistles, artificial noise makers (e.g., drums, horns, vuvuzelas, etc. except as permitted for designated Supporter groups (see Supporter Groups)
- Aerosol cans
- Wrapped gifts
- Food or Beverage
- Illegal drugs or chemicals
- Laser pens & pointers
- Soccer balls or any other ball of any shape or size
- Drones
- Umbrellas
- Animals (except service dogs)
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertising items, etc.
- Skateboards, rollers blades, roller skates, roller shoes, hover boards, etc.
- Any unapproved flags or banners of any shape or size.
- Purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Anyone with an item that does not pass security measures will be asked to either return the item to their vehicle or dispose of it before entering Lynn Family Stadium. Oversized bags and backpacks are not allowed in Lynn Family Stadium. Clutches, small purses, and diaper bags may be brought into the stadium but will be searched at the gate inspection area. Please be aware that prohibited items, policies and security parameters may be modified from event to event as security levels change. Re-Entry Policy
Lynn Family Stadium has a strict no re-entry policy. Any guest who leaves the stadium during an event will need a new ticket to re-enter the facility.

Restrooms
All the restrooms in Lynn Family Stadium are fully accessible and have wheelchair accessible stalls. There are men, women and family restrooms (see Family Restrooms) throughout the stadium.
Ride Share/ Taxi drop off & pick up
Ride Share and Taxi drop off and pick up are located on Adams Street next to the Beer Garden. Staging of vehicles will not be allowed.
Scalping/ Ticket Resale
Scalping or ticket resale on Lynn Family Stadium is prohibited.
Security
Lynn Family Stadium wants to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Security personnel and uniformed police offers are positioned throughout Lynn Family Stadium. Guests requiring assistance should contact the nearest security guard, uniformed police officer, Lynn Family Stadium team member or go to Guest Services.
All guests entering the facility will be screened with metal detection and a bag inspection. Lynn Family Stadium personnel will not touch personal belongings. You may be asked to move an item in a bag so a proper visual inspection may be conducted. Personnel will conduct their inspections with respect toward the guests’ dignity and legal rights. In no circumstance shall the inspections be conducted in a discriminatory manner.
See Something, Say Something
If you see suspicious activity, please report it to the nearest venue staff or law enforcement.
Suspicious circumstances/activities include but are not limited to:
- Backpack, suitcase, briefcase or package left behind or unattended
- Strangers asking questions about structures or security procedures
- Unusual chemical smells, fumes or smoke that worry you
- Unauthorized cars, vans or trucks left in no-parking zones near important buildings
- Overheard threatening conversations discussing violence, bombs, guns, etc.
- Guests taking pictures of unusual things such as fuel storages, utilities, secure areas, and ID badges
Segways & Tri-Bikes
Segways and Tri-Bikes are prohibited on Lynn Family Stadium premises.
Skateboarding & Rollerblading
Skateboarding and rollerblading are prohibited on Lynn Family Stadium premises.
Smoking Policy
All types of tobacco and smoke products are prohibited, including but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and any type of vaping kits, as well as all smokeless tobacco products.
For all ticketed events, Stadium policy does not allow guests to leave the stadium and re-enter.

Strollers
Strollers are welcome at Lynn Family Stadium but aside from a few exceptions must be checked into Guest Services, located near Section 115, upon entry. Fans wishing to keep their strollers need to remain in the north/open end concourse patio area or Fan Zone; however, strollers there must be attended to at all times, and guests are required to respect the space of others attending games and events. Sunscreen
Lynn Family Stadium is an open-air facility. All guests are encouraged to bring sunscreen lotion or purchase it at the Team Store. Aerosol spray cans are prohibited.

Tailgating
Tailgating is encouraged on Racing Louisville FC game days in the Gold and Green parking lots, which open at 10 a.m.
Vehicles without proper parking passes will be removed from lots.
Be advised that portable restrooms are available in the Gold Lot only.
Please follow the below tailgating rules and regulations, as violations may result in termination of parking privileges. Contact the stadium’s security office at (502) 919-9311 in case of emergency.
Tailgating must be confined to each purchased vehicle parking space.
All drinks should be placed in plastic/disposable cups and consumed at the tailgating location.
No kegs or party balls are permitted in tailgating areas.
Dispose of used charcoal and associated trash properly.
Grills must be attended at all times.
Open fire pit devices and fires built on the ground are prohibited.
Propane tanks cannot exceed a cylinder size of 20 pounds.
Tailgating should not interfere with the normal flow of traffic or the activity of other fans.
Amplified sound systems or the use of radio/audio devices at unreasonably loud levels is at the discretion of the stadium security.
Lynn Family Stadium is not responsible or liable for accidents, damage, common loss, or theft of materials/items/personal property. Individuals are responsible for compliance with all local and state laws governing alcohol consumption in tailgating areas.
Team Store
The Team Store is located at Gate 1 which is near the intersection of Adams and Cabel Streets by the SeatGeek Ticketing office. The Team Store hours are: Monday- Saturday 10 am – 6 pm. The Team Store will be closed on Sundays unless a home match occurs. The Team Store will close 30 minutes prior to the opening of gates for home matches to refresh the store and then will be open for ticketed guests only from the interior entrance. Texting
Lynn Family Stadium has the capability to receive text messages from fans who want to report unruly fan behavior or any other issue without leaving their seat. Text “LouCity” with the issue and location to 69050 at Louisville City FC games or special events or “RACING” at Racing Louisville FC games. A stadium staff member will let you know that we have received your text message and will work to ensure the issue is being addressed.
Tickets

Tickets – How to Buy
Advance tickets for events at Lynn Family Stadium can be purchased at https://seatgeek.com/louisville-city-fc-tickets; https://seatgeek.com/racing-louisville-fc-tickets. When tickets are available the day of the event, tickets may be purchased at either of the two ticket offices located on the north and south ends of the stadium.
Ticket Office
There are two ticket offices at the Lynn Family Stadium. The primary ticket office is located at Gate 1 near the Team Store (off of Cabel Street). The secondary ticket office is located at Gate 6 on the west side of the stadium (off of Adams Street).
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are prohibited. Guests may leave umbrellas at the gates at their own risk for pick up upon departure. Guests are encouraged to bring raincoats, pullovers or ponchos.
Weapons
Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Wheelchair Escort
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available at any entry point. Upon arrival guests may request an escort by locating the nearest Guest Services Representative. The service is available to and from the entry gates and seating areas. Please be aware that our staff and wheelchair will not remain with you during the event.
WiFi
